- Subsidiaries. Protiviti Inc. is a business solutions, internal audit and consulting firm that is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Metier Executive Management . Metier Executive Management may share Customer data with Protiviti for the business purpose of allowing Protiviti to propose a managed business service offering that would bring together consulting expertise (Protiviti) and highly skilled specialized staffing resources (Metier Executive Management ) to address a Customer’s business needs.
